1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CarePlay platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

CarePlay is a virtual casino entertainment platform expressly designed for senior living. Our platform provides access to simulated casino games, including Slots, Blackjack, War, Bingo, Roulette, Scratch Cards, Solitaire, Horse Racing, Mystery Briefcase, Trivia, and Keno. All games use virtual coins provided within the application and have no real monetary value.

3. No Real Gambling

CarePlay is absolutely not a gambling service. The virtual coins used on the platform:

• Have no cash value whatsoever.
• Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or prizes.
• Cannot be purchased for real money by the residents playing the games.

Any attempt to assign financial value to virtual coins outside the platform is strictly prohibited and violates these terms.

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Our platform supports three types of administrative and support users: facility administrators, enterprise organization administrators, and family members. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Facility administrators bear the responsibility for overseeing and managing the resident accounts assigned to their facility.

Family subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe at $30/month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer network or user accounts.
• To interfere with or disrupt the proper working of the service.
• To misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority to act on behalf of a senior living facility or resident.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CareLog and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CareLog, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
